Glassel Success at Perth bull sales A Glassel pedigree Aberdeen Angus bull Glassel Del achieved joint third highest at the October Perth bull sales (Stirling) when sold to breeder Neil Rendall from Papa Westray, Orkney for 8,000gns.

Glassel Del J740 is the son of Wedderlie Kansas F174 out of Glassel bred sire Glassel Diamond Harriet B160.

Glassel farm manager Claire Lockhead was delighted “We are breeding a first class Aberdeen Angus herd at Glassel and Glassel Del is the first calf out of Wedderlie Kansas to be sold so we are very pleased with the result. We have had an excellent batch of calves in 2010 and are hopeful of more, similar success.”
