Aberdeen Angus at Glassel Farms.

At Glassel Farms we raise our pure bred Aberdeen Angus herd from our base in the heart of Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

Established in 1997, Glassel Farms is relatively young by Aberdeen Angus breeding standards, due to this it benefits by being a modern farm, with modernised buildings and equipment, enabling very high standards of animal husbandry practices.

Glassel Farms 450 acres are located approximately two miles from Banchory close to Royal Deeside and within easy reach of the city of Aberdeen, which lends its name to the famous Aberdeen Angus breed of cattle.

The land around Royal Deeside grows rich, luscious grass, ideal for rearing our premium quality Aberdeen Angus herd.

Approximately 40 acres of this prime farmland are sown into spring barley for our own feed with additional land being available to supplement this when and if needed.
